Chris Boulton and partner, Nicola Roberts are the proud owners of a two bedroom apartment in Elm House/Ty’r Llwyfen. (Buckley has a history for producing bricks and pottery so Leason Homes chose to name the apartment blocks at Ewloe Heath - Ash, Elm and Oak to commemorate the names of the local collieries which supplied fuel to the brickworks and potteries).

Chris and Nicola, are delighted to have been able to buy their first home on Ewloe Heath, especially as it is so conveniently located for their places of work and with easy access to the motorway network. Chris (25) is a teacher at the local Sychdyn Junior School and regularly plays for Flint Football Club while Nicola is a travel consultant at Thomson Travel Agents in nearby Chester.
