After deciding on your new Leason Home - register on our Make Moving
Easier Scheme with a fee of £50 which is refundable if you purchase a
Leason Home.

We will have your current property valued and, subject to your agreement,
instruct an estate agent and continue to liaise with them until the property
is sold.

Once you have a sale agreed on your current property, you can select and reserve
your new Leason Home. Leason will pay the agent's fees* when the sale of your
current home and the purchase of your new Leason Home is complete.

The registration fee will be refunded upon completeion of your new Leason Home. Estate Agent's fees paid may vary depending on th eproperty to be purchased and are upto a maximum of £2,000 inc VAT. NB If having sold through the Leason's Make Moving Easier scheme, you decide against purchasing a Leason Home, then you become responsible for the Estate Agent's fees and costs. Purchaser will be responsible for the EPC on their property. |
